·Tarrab prepares high-quality items and ensures proper packing for each item.

·Deliveries of the products are made free of charge within the UAE for the items of a total price of AED 999.00 and above, excluding VAT and any additional costs, such as installation, IP rated, and others.

· If the price of the total items purchased is below AED 999.00, a delivery charge of AED50.00 will be added for all orders inside UAE, no matter how distant the location the items are to be sent is.

· Shipment outside the UAE will have a different freight cost depending on the cargo's weight and the shipment address.

· Installation charges will only apply to lightings and not to any other products such as furniture and accessories

· Furniture and accessories will only be delivered to your doorstep and not carried inside the house.

· No request can be made by the customer from the delivery personnel if not related to Tarrab Trading’s products.

· Delivery is to be sent to the address provided. We should be informed of any changes on the location via this email: info@tarrab.net or help@tarrab.co before the delivery is sent. Otherwise, the delivery needs to be rescheduled.

· Please make sure that someone is around to take your package. Otherwise, it will be delayed.

 

Tarrab will deliver and set up any of the items purchased from Tarrab Trading LLC. Due to liability issues, our delivery personnel will not move furnishings other than the items sold by Tarrab Trading LLC. Our delivery personnel will not install televisions, electronics, appliances, or electronic devices other than those that Tarrab Trading LLC sells. Due to liability restrictions, our delivery personnel will not pick up any used furniture. Any exceptions to this must be arranged prior to your new items being delivered and presented in writing.
